Beginning Monday, 8/2/10, and continuing through Friday, 8/20/10, from 0700-1600 PDT each day, QTS along with a vendor will rebuild a chiller at our Santa Clara, CA location. This is a redundant chiller. During this event, N+1 redundancy will be maintained via a second redundant chiller. No impact to client services is anticipated.
While we have taken every precaution to minimize complications during this event, there exists a certain amount of risk and the possibility of extended service disruption.
