On Tuesday, 3/9/10, from 0200-0500 EST, the QTS Remedy engineers will perform maintenance on the Remedy Ticketing System to apply critical updates affecting all sites. No disruption to service is expected during this installation.
While we have taken every precaution to minimize complications during this event, there exists a certain amount of risk and the possibility of extended service disruption.
